If I would have to Pay you 16$, then instead I can get a License from cPanel's Official Site in 15$ why to waste even 1$ ?

i think he means you can upgrade to a maximum of 1 tb of space but it costs $7 per 10gb chunks.....not sure but thats the impression i got
