i guess rite not PornBB responsible but yeah XxX is responsible if you guys uploaded directly files like ".avi" etc... then yes that was the reason of termination otherwise no idea!

I heard that Oron purchased PBB and they r complaining against others filehosts upload like hotfile and hotfile is terminating the account after complains......
hotfile is also suffuring with some law issue

It doesn't change anything if you upload .avi files or .rar or something else.
At the end your files will be deleted.

Uploaders are responsible for the termination of their Hotfile Accounts due to the content they upload. Simple as that.

Nobody who uses Hotfile for sharing family photos or storing school projects has had their accounts terminated.

for personal data i use cd,dvd or memory sticks or if i really need to use a filehost i choose something better (mediafire, rapidshare) but not hotfile
