    For that type of site I'd say 50% is pretty good. I can't get under 29% lolz

    you cannot reduce ur bounce rate. Because when user come from search engine. they land on the same page they searched. After found download link they leave your site. u'll get download but u'll get Bounce also because user doesn't hit touch another page. In warez it is Normal.
