well a lot of filehosts suck and most used it for cash purposes so could give a F... about quality thats why a lot of site ban "CASH WHORES" File hosting sites in order to have good quality posts,etc

Is there an agreement between the file hoster and the forum? Why is WinRAR the most common format for uploading file. I mean if it is split then it makes sense, but I often see that a single file is also put in a RAR archive. Rating: 5
