Partener(s) wanted for 2 projects

Hey guys.

Time is a real issue for me and I can't handle my sites.
I need partners for them, so if anyone interested please let me know.

Sites are:
1. muzica-gratis.com - I didn't take care of it for months now and it's a shame. Not listed on any DDL site at the moment due to my inactivity. Old site and great popularity. Without any work it gets 50k uniques per month and 160k pageviews (according to google analytics). Site is PR1 and has 5000+ indexed pages ranking great for some keywords.
Traffic is:
89.74% Search Engines
6.40% Direct
3.86% Refferals (no DDL Sites)

The site is powered by a custom script.
Site needs an admin that can also upload. There are a lot of files already posted but some of them are dead so they will need to be checked, but the remaining ones can be submitted to DDL sites for fast promotion and growth while waiting for new stuff to be uploaded.

If I find a partner I'll find 1-2 hours a day to work on the site uploading some stuff and helping out. You can put your ads, I can put mine, rev u make through ur channels is yours, we just split space on the site.

Looking for a dedicated person, so please if you are willing to put time behind this apply, if not don't waste my and ur time.

2. therealshit.org - I wanted to develop this some time ago but dropped it completely due to personal issues. Hosting and domain is bought till November. Original idea was to make it a funny blog/site but lack of time stopped me before even developing it properly. It has 500 indexed pages on google and gets around 300 uniques per month.

If someone wants to get on it let me know I can share 1 hour a day to move things up. I can help with some posting and initial promotion. You can put your ads and what u earn is ur money. You can post ur videoBB stuff on it or something similar.
Site is hosted at HostMonster so no adult/warez stuff.

This is it so far, have some more domains somewhere if anyone is interested in starting a project but doesn't have resources.
