KeepFile - do they payout and what do other downloaders/uploaders think of them?

I've been using KeepFile.com for a little while now, and the remote transfer speed is pretty good, but I've been wondering what do you other uploaders and/or downloaders think of them?

And has anyone on here been paid by them?

I have done it from MegaUpload, I don't believe I've tried RapidShare yet, but it would probably work from there too.

free user's download speed is only 50K/s,that's why KF's statistic isn't very nice

I just tested the download speed, and I agree it is pretty bad

50 Kb/s is not bad, the more speed you give, the less premium you sell, in the meantime a file hosting keep the speed at a minimum of 50 kb/s, I am ok with that.

Have just tried to withdraw 10 $ from Keepfile, turns out they/ve changed the payout minimum to 30 $ without updating Rules page or went broke...
