such as enterupload,pay me first time,after that they don't pay me any more after i request payout many times,and their rules change again and again,and so on

I know about Enterupload, but they have new owner, seems he is paying but do not know much else. No idea about the rest.

Bad/Scam/fraud, do not pay, delete account/files for no reason, Too much limitations, anything bad to use it is good to know.
