So the deep question here is...How torrents are uploaded?

I found out there are 100+ groups of scene release...they upload to topsites....and distributed by torrents, filehosts & ed2k...

So q are...

01) Warez is distributed by torrents with a .nfo file...so how torrents uploaded? They got the file from locally from store & cinema halls?

02) Scene groups first encode the release...then upload to a topsite...what is endcoding here? Is it the raring process?

03) So the conclusion is it's kind of puzzling...Warez & Scene are two groups?

warez is the name of the illegal sharing and community who shares content illegally.

Scene is those few people who get those material for sharing first than distribute it to other scene members, and sooner or later to torrents, edk, etc.

And how are scene releases uploaded?
For example:
John from California goes into the local cinema. He has a camcorder and he records the whole movie despite the fact that if he is catched his ass will be f*c*ed for a few years. Then he goes home, crops and filters the movie (so the Xgb movie file becomes a 1-2 gb divx/xvid avi file with watchable quality, that is called encoding). Than he uploads it to an ftp or a seed server, and shares it in every possible way, because sharing is caring.

Or, chinese dude, who's duty was to take original windows 7 ISO on printing in factory, sits in his cars, finds hotspot on his laptop, copies image onto his drive, and uploads ISO to FTP, then it gets it's way to be shared among topsites...
