Filehosters Just act in a way that they really dont know what the users upload to their sites Hence, If any complaint is received against some files they are deleted..

The Files which are not reported by the copyright holders stay active...

I wonder if a file host is not based in the US, what obligation do they have to remove copyright content that belongs to the US? The DMCA is an American law, its not something the whole world has to follow and yet file hosts from around the globe respond to DMCA takedown requests. I don't get it
