{parse variable="sidebar_enabled" default="$show_side_blocks"}

Hey u dont have to remove anything

{parse js_module="hooks"}
{parse variable="sidebar_enabled" default="$show_side_blocks"}

Just edit sidebar_enabled to sidebar_disabled
