I've never seen semi-dedicated hosting that don't allow for clients to use more CPU then a normal shared hosting account

I have in no way compared the CPU use of SD to shared hosting, we still do not allow the extreme abuse of CPU.

how many users per server and what is the up link speed ?

and what are the server spec ?

a) The amount of users depends on the plans, thus it fluctuates, maximum of 10-12 per server.

b) 100mb/s

c) Depending on server, Either Intel i7, or Intel Xeon X3450 or c2q. Servers vary on location aswell.

d) order section is sorted mate.
