I got my VPS now, thank you. Its very fast, as far i see. There is only 1 Proplem, i cant Ping & Tracert my VPS, because its always a Timeout. And there is a "anonyme proxy": http://geoip.flagfox.net/?ip=37.0.12...w.seduction.to

Can you explain me why i am behind a Proxy?

My Review:

I was searching for a VPS and found ScopeHost. So i talked to them and ask them about their packages etc. I told them some of my problems and they said we'll handle it. I asked them about Refund Policy and they said

Here are there Packages.

I needed only 30 GB HDD with at least 2 GB RAM. Therefore, i took the Bronze Package and added the extra 512 RAM as an Addon. I paid them ?35.69 EUR. Even they charged me 5% Fee for Payment Gateway. I pay that Fee to them even I did not pay that fee to any hosting provider till now.

Anyhow, I got the details in next morning. I restored my Homefiles and when i tried to restore my Database which was about 270MB in GZ and 1.3 GB in *.SQL. I tried using DLE Dump function but it failed then i tried Mysql Dumper for 3 times then it got dumped. During dump, i was talking to this guy on skyp and i told him that are some certain features disabled on your server which needs to be enable for DLE but he said for security reason we can't enable such things.

Well, after restoring my database, i tried to turn on my website but the VPS seems to be not working. It was the worst VPS i've ever got in my entire life. I was even unable to see the home page of website. Receiving 500 Internel Server Error or Request time out error.

I told them several times and they said your site needs more than these resources. Its sound strange as there was no user connecting at that time and the site was totally free. It was not loading properly due to the poor or mis-configured server. They said technical guys are working on it. During this period, i submitted a ticket for refund and they said "We have forwarded your request to the billing department . They will be investigating tomorrow , as presently the working hours of billing department is over."

After sometime, he said this to me on skype.

You see he said me earlier that we have 15 days Money Back Guarantee. He did not tell me this thing in starting that addon are non-refundable.

They refunded me $40.54 USD out of $47.47 USD.

I don't wish to take a name of that company in this thread but i got a VPS from them and it was 10000 times batter than this VPS plus cheaper as well. I got one problem there and they said sir we do not provide such things i said ok send me refund. He refunded me with in 2 min and FULL AMOUNT WAS REFUNDED and i also selected the add-on there as well.

So whoever wants to buy from scoephost, just know that they aren't the man of their words plus their services seems to be SUCKS.

Keep it away from this Crap Host my Fellas!

Next You felt like all the features were disabled by us, causing issues to your VPS. Which was not true. As We optimize all the managed vps in similar manner.

As Like you @ Gambler is also our Managed VPS client. Just ask him . We have resolved all his queries. Now he is able use his website without any worries .

Each of your technical queries were answered by our sales manager through skype support. Without opening ticket regarding your technical queries. Asked for refund. Technical department member came forward to help you resolve the issue, within span of 2hours before even technical engineer would resolve your loading issue. You confirmed regarding refund.

Regarding Refund Policy:

This addons , domains non-refundable rules are followed many companies. You have not gone through the rules, . Sales Manager did specify its 15 day moneyback guarantee. As you never specified us that you were going to buy additional RAM . Then he would have specified you that addons are non-refunable. We refunded whole of your Base Managed VPS plan price.

We hold more then 95% of satisfied clients in KWWH . We still hold 35% clients who are with us since 2008, we started advertising in KWWH .

We wont be explaining our self more on this matter.

I told him that i don't need silver package as it has 120 Gb HDD which is useless for me. I said to him that i am going to select Bronze package plus I'm going to add extra RAM.

I was showing him that I am selecting 512 MB Extra RAM. He simply said "Yes its correct". HE NEVER MENTIONED AT ALL THAT IT IS NON REFUNDABLE

Would you please stop pretending yourself? Why would i look @ Gamble when I'm not satisfied with your services? If he ever said to me that it is non refundable, i would rather stay away from adding it to my cart.

Don't act like a NOOB. And do you think that every one read that 2k words of TOS? You serious? Are you running Godaddy, namecheap or HostGator? If you would, i would definitely bother to read your TOS.

Company's reputation is your main asset man not that few bucks. I had not any objection with your support. Even i said that guy on skyp that i was going to add some positive feedback about your support @KWWH but you ruined it all. You have showed that few bucks are important than your company's repute.

This is it. I don't need to clear anything more. Just Stop this thing here else you would hear some harsh words from me. And don't act like a Noob and take good care of your customer whether they are part of your services or not.
