Also, would like an advice for a domain that is protected against such complaints.

Just do some research and see what happened to them lol. And these guys where huge, not some small time shit.

It will cost you buckets of money for a host that can actually provide -not just say they can- this. A lot of small guys say they can until the complaints start rolling in.
