Nobody can Ignore a DCMA request, well the real providers can't, as the top level hosting providers (people who own the IP Ranges) have to reply otherwise RIPE can withdraw the IPs should people like brien, and other countries alternatives, take you to court. - regardless as to what country you host in. But due to different laws they can reply in a different manor.

And, I really really doubt you'll find anybody who will host everything!

    good luck!

I'm sorry, but you're acting like an idiot. You said site will be private, and yet you want a private domain registrar, and hosting that allows everything.

Basically, you don't need the domain for this, your users would be accessing via IP! Much better and reliable than having a domain name.

Buy dedicated server in any Datacenter, block all Search Engines, just put the login form on the main page. And no one will be able to see anything unless you gave them the access to the site.

    Now, was that hard?

You can even share the execution videos with this stuff. Just remember that guy from Al Qaida, he made a website for Al Qaida members, and when visitors look at it. It was a simple online shopping site, registrant from US. No way that someone could doubt Al Qaida was using it for sharing of execution videos.

everything? get a satellite or some server in the space.

but if the site will be private, and only registered members will be able to see the content... then you don't need to worry that much i think. you can go with almost every hosting. my guess.
    LE with your pr2 site? <a href="http://tastro.org/">Tastro.org</a> or link exchance with our category page: <a href="http://tastro.org/i/hdtv">HDTV</a> | <a href="http://tastro.org/i/dvdrip">DVDRip</a> | <a href="http://tastro.org/i/r5">R5</a> | <a href="http://tastro.org/i/bdrip">BDRip</a> | <a href="http://tastro.org/i/brrip">BRRip</a>

WarlorD89, if you keep it private. You don't have to worry much at all. You'd just have to be careful. Customers shouldn't be allowed to share their accounts, all files should be rar'd, and password of the rar file should be given via email or phone sms.

Jason whats up with the attitude? You want some 10$ so that i can buy your silence?

and yes its 100&#37; private site with a fixed domain with stable hosting. actually its an invite only site. so i am basically looking for fucked up countries like Mr. Jason's to put my stuff in.
