How long it will take ? I just bought 20 adspots and my new site is down from 2 days, Im wasting my money and traffic :/

With such crappy support this company has no future... I am sick of throwing my cash to the trash bin. Yesterday i saw such message on scopehosts forum:

85% of the DDOS affect as been resolved . Still there is 15% of the affect . We will be clearing it out soon by today .

We sincerely apologize for all the clients on this particular server facing slowness in the service.

If any of our clients who have their backups with them . Can open ticket for transfer of service to other servers . Which will be done immediately.

I sent him a message on 16/06/2011 10:47 asking to move my site to other server. Guess what? Still no answer
Moreover they still provided no answer to my problem, which i submitted on 04/06/2011 04:09. So this is called "Professional Webhosting solution"?
Don't know what to do, site is offline (suspended with no reason), no support, no nothing.
