EU server seems fine , good torrent speed "both downloading and seeding" upload speed is fair enough " Don't expect much for 25$" also support is really cool .
Awsome service already recommnded for couple guys .

go to Fileserve.com , get ur ftp details and connect to it and upload
you will get good speeds .
