    I have problem wit Z_O_O_M's....I add in zoom my fileserve account,but when I go to see my file on fileserve.com,the file there aren't...zoom has upload and the link that have generated work.

    do you have support on msn or something? i cant report abuser when you have 5 hour response time to tickets really, improve your support speed, it sucks

    currently only 2 users are logged in and ram usage on NL server skyrocketed. yesterday the same thing happened. im not using any ram, so.. other user must be abusing or someone who isnt even logged in. where can users quickly report these kind of issues?

    also you cant have restart as only option to every problem! find out who abuses server and send him a notice/warning about this. You are going to loose potential and existing clients because that one abuser.

    5 Hours support response time sucks for you ?
    Wake up my child Wake up from your dreams. But incase you have High expectations, I am sorry , We wont be able to provide you or Guarantee you 1 Hour support response time.

    The load as of now is acceptable, 7% CPU usage and 20% Memory Usage.
    I have a feeling that the hard disk is causing the load, Will cross check it again and will let you know.

    A Netherlands Server uploading to a US host, why do you expect ?
    Upload multiple files and it shall be a acceptable speed.
