I have been using this service from today. Here is my review:

I have encoded the following movie which was actually 4.38GB in size and 720p version and actually uploaded by CHD. I Encoded it to 2.19GB by keeping the aspect ratio 1.77, It took only 2 hours to encode! What should I say? It's amazing Speed for me. I can encode 3/4 movies in a day with this server.

Upload to WUpload, Uploadstation is also amazing.

And about download speed I should say "Buy and taste this RDP", It's awesome.
