IPS Driver Error

I'm getting a ips driver error when trying to post new topics on my site I checked the error logs and fixed the problems it was telling me to fix and uninstalled the hook but still getting the error any ideas on trying to fix it?

What is the error? Can't help without knowing anything.

What was the latest mod you had installed?
I have seen this behavior before when a prefix mod had been installed.
Try to go back on your steps and restore your backups.

try repairing your tables through phpmyadmin

Go to http://www.yoursite.com/admin/
Login
Click the support tab up the top
Click database checker
Scroll down and see if there's something written in red and click fix

Yea I uninstalled the Prefix mod error still didnt go away so Im just going to try to use a backup

login to your ftp where your forum files are go to

/cache

then you should see the sql error log, post the last few lines of the error

Where did you get the Prefix mod from?

I had this trouble before, then i tried a different one and works fine now. ( when my forum was up ).

@ mp3 show I did that and fixed where it was telling me to fix the error was still there
