As far as I know, CMS that Whoo.ws is using isn't for sale, and It's coded by ex KWWHunction Mod "Whoo". So you could PM him and ask him more about the CMS.

I don't know if I should post this. But the whole Whoo.ws CMS was coded on taking inspiration from an 0ld sk00l script called as xNews.

But, Whoo.ws was not the same script, Whoo coded the site from the scratch and he heavily modded everything. So it became the best Warez CMS known till now.

You can alternately PM Whoo and ask him if he'd sell you one copy of it or maybe hire a coder if you have a budget of over 500$
