i was just wandering what is the average time to wait for them to set up windows vps

Its a new venture by Mr.Vikas owner of RLH, so I'm guessing around 12-24 hours.

It says on their site please wait 48 for setup.

well got my windows vps yesterday...working great......was accidentally sent wrong ip at first but all resolved quick enough and is going great

You are using our USA windows VPS and for your knowledge, filesonic have very bad routing for US based hosts.
This information was also provided to you when you raised a support ticket.
If you want better speeds for filesonic, you should better go with EU based packages.
