What does that mean?

i don't know. i think who.is have some server problem and he is saying CLIENT TRANSFER PROHIBITED, TRANSFER PROHIBITED

because domains are offline and he can't show any status for him

no... it's because domain is locked which means it's not transfarable until he unlocks it
