i can't use my RL for 10 hour

does any1 have problems with slow downloading?
it says cpu load is 0% and i get 50-100kb/s with filesonic, fileserve isn't any better
and uploading to filesonic is almost impossible if i use more than 2 files... i get speeds like 50kb/s...

what is your server, please, if you had any problem with your RL, contact me rite away.
