yup, but I want backup my databases into a separate server. With my cpanel server , ican do that manually then upload/download my databases to somewhere but it take a long time and causes highload.

whats the size of your db is it in gbs ? and tables type myisam or innodb , if myisam you can do mysql illegal copy (should shut down mysql while doing this) , if innodb there is no other option except the way you already do, you may also try script "mysql dumper" to make the process automated but still it will take LOT of time
