Torrent Websites ( Need your Opinions )

Hi guys ,

I'm very new at torrent things and never worked on it ! these days I'm thinking to start one . something to Crawl from big torrent websites - upload on ours and provide to our users !

I've researched abit and found tons of free scripts but none of them were even close to an Good script ! anyway i have few questions and hope to get more info from your replies and opinions .

1. Do you think start a new PRO Torrent Website is a good idea these days?
2. Do you know any Good script which only need to modify abit ?
3. What exactly we need (Resource) to start such a website ?
4. Any other Info that u think I need to know before start

a dedi server and the best tracker is xbtit...theres some company out there thats sells dedi servers and if you want,the will install the tracker on it

Just stick with MechoDDL and continue improving it as for Torrents, it's not safe anymore, you will beg for trouble.

My opinion about web torrents is not good idea, private trackers owns the p2p world.

Anyways if you want ideas... add XxX to mecho, many users will use it

thanks for the Idea - but i don't think i would ever go for porn stuff in my network it's kind of crazy i know cause i can get tons of visits and ... by that but no interested in adult content .

so what all these kind torrent sites are doing ? what kind of trouble they have ?

and the other question is what if just to have an Search engine ? crawl from big ones and index them ? no upload , nothing on our server ?
