memory issues or what ??

i have got a few issues folks hope you guyz will help me .
1..
guyz i am using a RDP, got like 15 users i guess , may be 10 neva asked .
it was ok ( yupp okish in terms of everything, nothing great at all ) a few days back the windows crashed so the server owner got 2008 server reinstalled ,
but since then unraring has become horribly slow like if you are unraring a BR 1.5G x3 it might take like 2 hrs , and also IDM has started taking so much time downloading stuff
suppose u are downing a 1.5gigs rar file it takes way too much to assemble it.



whats wrong , what can i suggest to the owner , coz he has tried a lot already and now the only thing that seems to make some sense would be to get OVH to add new memory.

2.. what on earth is wrong with filesonic and fileserve these days , they are taking like 10 hours to finish remote uploads and FTP uploads.


3.. when does filesonic pays , it didnt pay me last tuesday , my acc is like 11 days old there


4.. anyone having the 1.0.4 version of filesonic affiliate plugin ??

Well from the screenshot I can see that the CPU usage is 23%, RAM usage is 20%...
I doubt he has bad RAM, maybe the hard disks are used too much?

That's the HDD getting raped, probably by torernts seeding and overselling.

i dont think its the case , coz there have been similar number of users on it
The right click has also slowed down , but only when u are clicking rar files

It has something to do with HDD cache, if it is in RAID mode.
Also, is it VPS RDP, or just shared RDP? If it's under VMWare, or Virtuozzo....
