How to add ads here in wordpress

I'm working on my site,my question is how to add ads in those red boxes on the site,is there any wordpress plugin for that or i need to edit theme?

well you have to edit theme to make this area usable to wordpress, and then you can use it with plugins.

simplest method:
Get a 3 column wordpress theme.
Add text widget and inside the widget place the code.

A typical method will be modifying the theme (avoid this)
