Where to get ratings?

I've seen plenty of web hosting sites with "Rating Banners" and images that show ratings from other companies. How could I get rated and get some of those big "Top Site" owners to rate mine?

I have also seen a ton of companies with fake banners that say "Top host 2010" and such, but I don't want to do that.

Any suggestions on some websites that offer such services?
