Alright men im new here came to learn im a complete noob and i opened a vbulletin forum a couple of months ago .but the servers keep going down so im here to look into vps and maybe even a dedicated server but im gona have to learn how to run one first

You probably do not need a vps or even a dedicated if it's new and you are also new. You are probably just with a crappy host. Most hosts you find around here (or offshore in general) are run by kids who know nothing. my365host.com was about the most stable (and consistent) offshore host I used.

welcome i think for now just change your host, and learn vb and all its features, moding, controlling. Then move to vps.

i pretty much know everything i need to on vb ..its the host not me ..the reason i want vps is i would like to re sell hosting accounts then move to a dedicated ..
