Suggestion for a Grafix Site

Hello There,

I was wondering if you guys can give me suggestion about a Graphic site. I would like to have a portal system like Planet Renders, but no the same. Something better and unique. I will pay the person if they can make something like that but better or can find me a program. I don't wan Joomla or anything like that. So I was wondering what would be the best for a GFX site.

Portal System ?
Forum System - IPB or vBulletin
Gallery Script ?
Blog Script?
