Intel Atom330, 2x1600 MHz, HT
2 GB DDRII RAM
250 GB (SATAII) HDD
100 MBit, 5.000 GB Traffic

How many users can handle this server without overselling?

Depends on what you'll be using it for? It's a really low-end one, don't expect anything special from it.

Please stop talking nonsence and wait for his reply, you can host 1 user on it if he wants a game server, or you could host 50 users if they want websites.
