How to install sborg on vps with directadmin

HI

i tried to install sborg on my vps which is having directadmin

i loaded the installler files to public_html and opend install.php file but getting an error at the top

Error:

Warning: is_writable() [function.is-writable]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/usr/local/lib/php.ini) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/admin/:/tmp:/var/tmp:/usr/local/lib/php/) in /home/****/****/******/public_html/****/***/install.php on line 50

and also i want to install
1.Transmission torrent client
2.XML-RPC

i tried them to install through putty but they havent installed

can some one help me with this

i have direct admin on it alrday i cannot install virtualadmin

Login to DirectAdmin.

Click on PHP Safemode Configuration:

If you've already added a domain, select the checkbox, scroll down and click on 'Disable Open BaseDir':

Else, select 'Default Open BaseDir for new domains:' as 'Off' and Save
