[IPB 3.1.4] How to create Third Navigation Bar

I wanna create a 3rd nav bar like that,
Googled em enough.

Got a good tutorial too:

but it is based on IPB Default skin & a bit older too compared to functions available in my current skin.

Is anyone kind enough to research it a bit & make me one ?
or suggest something ?

I`ve spent enough time but format was messed up.
I was able to take em in 3rd bad but was looking horrible due to old margins & float & paddings.

I want it for skin Brave by SkinBox
[using 3.1.3 version cz FS hvnt nulled the latest. lol.]

As you are using nulled version its not easy cause in nulled version the file system is not the same as main version.

Try to search for nulled version on google.
