yep. ive ALWAYS used uploaded.to. they have the BEST upload speeds. now the nicest design.
their only previous flaw was the bad file manager, but that has been fixed as of today
and they're also giving out free premium accounts according to their news.

also, if you have a premium they keep your files for unlimited time

but seems x7.to and ul.to owners are the same..
they are using very similar script..

The design & rewards program seems getting better compare with before.
BUT!!!
There is one rule still remain the same.
Only one download is counted per IP per 24 hour.
I'm wondering why most of the guy always didn't read the TOS.

almost everything is the same as in x7.to site.. script is the same..
just rewards per 1000 downloads are doubled..
so seems x7.to owns uploaded.to as..
if so, x7.to is known for not paying for warez downloads.. this rule may apply to uploaded.to users in future as well..

Ul.to isn't scam. But they charge around 20% of your earning for tax.

Uploaded.to is a scam, and i am doing everyone a favour pull your money out before it is to late, previous i had no problems with them, they paid but now: UPLOADED.TO IS A SCAM
