i want to install rapidleech & sborg on windows 2003 iam using wpi (iis only)

but with rapidleech i get i can not leech from xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (my IP) although i am using direct links as i was testing

as for sborg i can not reach the step 2 as i get error it do not reach
truebug_php52ts.dll loader

can any one give me in detail how to install them specially where to put extension and if you have any recommended free control panel
