DMCA remove problem

Ok - I created a search module for DLE and set .htaccess rules. Yesterday I got DMCA and they told me to remove all news contains movie "Centurion" and to remove this page

http://www.fulldload.com/oz/c/centurion.html

This page cannot be removed. It will never say 404not found - so i don't know what to do. Should I redirect this page to "www.sitethatnotexist.com" or what?

BTW I always remove all that it is requested...

Your site seems to be dynamic e.g. if i type

http://www.fulldload.com/oz/c/sdffdsn.html

it still dispays a page so just explain that to them, as Centurin page doesnt contain any links/search results, just say that its dynamic and if they type any random selection of numebers or letters before the .html it will still display a page as its not a physical static page etc etc

In this case, you should consider to create a filter which can block that search term.

How to do that:

- You can create new table which you will use to store "DCMA search terms"
- Create a function to help you insert search terms to database
- Create a function to check search term. IF marks with one of "DCMA search terms" then change that search term to a Take down notice as i did

Well, problem is that most of these guys don't understand that, and they don't want to see it. So I think this is not gonna work.

I will try to remove that link and I am already on Ecatel Servers so should I have problems If I don't remove that link?

Did you receive the DMCA from the DC ? or did they contact you directly

If you got it from Ecatel then remove it, If they contacted you directly then do not worry about it a lot of people contact directly as they know Ecatel will not make you remove content.
