your request for no frame breaking JS almost always means its iframe traffic.

Do you have an example site where this ad will be shown?

Also i need clarification about your traffic. You will display my site in a 700x500 box? And you want 1.5/k for this traffic?

@pornoh did you even see the demo its not just a iframe box. If you click it, it redirects you to the main site.

A Layer Ad is a Popup Iframe Box as its the definition of a layer ad.

And $1.50 for 1000 hits since its not in bulk. we go cheap as 50 cents per every thousand.
