Why my browsing speed is poor :S

You can once un plug your modem and switch and plug it and switch on it, OR refresh the Modem by switch off and switch on it,Then check the Ping of the Connection and Google.com at http://www.whoisxy.com/

I visited this site whoisxy and i get the ping test :worked great

Why my browsing speed is poor :S Well, from this morning my browsing speed is very bad :S Sites are loading very slow, pictures are broken, and I can't figure it out :S I'm using windows xp, and I have avast 6. Tried with different browsers, same problem. Malwarebytes says PC is clean. Defragmented the hd, same problem. Tried to restart modem and PC, but problem is still there. Rating: 5

well maybe you only have 512kbps plan..
