What I want added:
A Autobuy system that is supported by PayPay.
- Auto Ban for Charge Back.

Depending on price:
- Member Area - Latest news, Update password/HWID's, Avaliable Downloads.
- IP Logger.

I'm not sure that chargeback ban thing is possible, and even if it is, it wouldn't be so secure because your PHP script would need to login to your PayPal account to check it...

It is possiable as you use the IPN as i have seen it in other scripts.

well, no1 will code it for 60$ as that script requires alot of work

Also paypal ( unless they have changed their structure ) sends all transactions back to your server via a link you provide so the cahrgeback would be no different then a denial or ok transaction reply from them.
