Hey guys!

I am planning on starting a forum that will need an offshore host. (The forum will possibly contain illegal information and possibly fraud.) The forum is new so it would just need shared hosting for now.

So I'm looking for an offshore host (shared) with these qualities:

1) Needs to have been around for a few years (safe)
2) Needs to be relatively cheap
3) At least 10gb space and preferably unlimited band with

For a while I had decided on http://www.ccihosting.com/linux-webhosting.php but then I heard some bad reviews.

I would love your opinions.

Side note: Please don't advertise your own hosting unless you meet the previous criteria.
