What to upload to host server

Hi. I want to start a site. All I have is a back up wordpress blog (export html)
I have questions:
What to do to make a site online? I know first have a domain name then buy a hosting service. Then?
Please help me!

ant then you upload your site to the hosting service and voila... make a word press site. unless you want it to look like a warez, host off shore if your going to do that.

well once you have those two things your website is essentially up.. you just have to upload content, such as a blog. a blog is what you wanted correct?

yes. It's a blog. If I have 10 000 views daily what hosting I need?
What is disk space and Data Transfer?

I'd go with a cheap dedicated server maybe $45 - $50 monthly , if the website is running illegal content I'd go with Duomenų centras (Lithuanian Datacenter ) they are DMCA Friendly.
