Filesonic cheated me 232.74$ & didn't pay my money & Closed my Account

HuH! Just Rude !!! Is their business legal ? Most of the files are warez and Filesonic promote their site in warez sites (Amaderforum.com, warez-bb.org )promote in warez sites. So, it is sure that they know that this is illegal. Now if they ask about legality then I would say rubbish!!! According to me they banned your account for the files is ok! They should pay you the money that you earned through premium sales as it is not illegal. If they dont do that they are just robber!!!

Who gives a shit what the majority of the users upload. You got caught. They didn't. They have the right to plead ignorance if they remove illegal stuff and users like they did you. If they kept paying everyone and not deleting users they'd be shut down in a few months.

OMG you even said you broke the TOS....Idiot. Go get another real part time. Support your family! I hope you tell them what happened here and they leave you (given they are not as dumb as you and think you're in the right).

PS: Google adsense just closed a account of mine that I had $600 unpaid in. You didn't see me making a fucking thread on it admitting I broke the rules (forgot I had it on porn pages. My bad) and bitching about it! Fucking KWWH users....so dumb.

Edit: yes I've said some rude things, but come on. The sheer stupidity of some of the users around here needs to be against the law. He posted screenshots proving he broke the rules and needed to be terminated..should be legal to shoot these people on the spot.

Nope not cheated. You were clearly warned to stop uploading copyrighted content, heck they even emailed you.

You upload copyrighted things, what you are doing is illegal, you cannot blame filesonic for not paying you.

Let me tell you what might have happened. You uploaded something from your account which REALLY pissed of the owner and he complained to filesonic. He might have threatened them with a lawsuit if they didn't ban/stop you. Filesonic did what any other host might have done, they stopped all their dealings with you IN ORDER TO SAVE MILLIONS OF DOLLARS in lawsuit/attorney fees.

So calm down, make a new account and keep uploading.



p.s: please remove those private messages as they are not supposed to be shown to the world, they are called PRIVATE for a reason.

FSO should close the company then if they cant pay the uploader.. why r they saying that they pay, they didnt think about DMCA before? and yes files are deleted on daily basis from filesonic due to DMCA, so they should tell everyone to stop uploading to filesonic coz of DMCA and they should close the company...

I do not get it,he received DMCA notice.alright with that.but there are more heavy uploaders than him which i believe exist in KWWH.you should not say that dude you upload warez so you deserve it.cause filehosts wouldn't exists if warez didn't exist.

Filehosts know that they are used for warez,end of story.Also when someone in Filesonic posted his account with 2k bucks,you believe that he didn't have some hundrend files delete?so what?now we delete accounts??

I deleted those warning files that day itself, i didn't upload new files also.
I had 2TB files above 12,000 files & spread all over place, i started earning good money.
On this good earning time after my hard work, filesonic closing my account is not fair bro.
If in my situation, u feel bad about filesonic.

Let me make one thing clear to you.
You yourself upload illegal stuff in XboxPirate.com and directlinkspot.com
You can also get warnings and all. The games and TV shows which are uploaded in your site are ILLEGAL. The owner can get pissed of you and your account can also be Terminated. Now, If You have like $300 Pending and your sales were very high (Means earning like $20 Daily) Then what would have you done? Would you have made the same reply then as you made in this Thread?
