Well hello guys. Where i live today is the 5th day my server is down. Others might say 10 days, why because they are butthurt. Well im telling you now that yes the server was wiped and we tried to recover it but failed numerous times. I claimed it to be impossible to get any data back. I know everyone will be mad but so am i. Its shit of life that happens. It was a tech problem and thats something i really cant take the blame of. But what i do take the blame of is not having a backup myself. It was my partners job of doing it but yet again he left me when all shit went down so i realized its not worth it.

Well im just writing this for two reasons. This is KWWHunction clients to me. Server is up and everyone is so happy and all giving great reviews best host ever etc etc. But when theres a bump in the road and something like this happens you all get butt hurt like omg he is a kid he sucks he scams you he this he that worst host ever something along those lines.

I think your just butt hurt as much as i am. You probably lost no more than 20$ on some hosting where as i lost hundreds and alot of good clients and a hell of job the hosting was doing. But yet again their are those times in life when you are fucked hard and got to get back up and fix it.

The other thing im going to say is i plan on getting back up with a new partner. Making remote backups every 2 days. Starting small again and giving 1 month credit to anyone who would like to come by hosting again.

For all you other butt hurt people sorry to say no refunds will be given. I will be given 1 month courtesy. As refunds are not given stated in my TOS which is dead

Same question and also why if the server was wiped did you lie and say "we had a hard drive failure" on the homepage and in other posts, either it was wiped or you had a hard drive failure, please make up your mind.

Edit: Also why if you do not have backups did you say "Clients will not lose their data. We have server backups. We can always install a new hdd and transfer the data." in http://www.besthostingforums.com/sho...&postcount=406

Well i have no knowledge of this,but in your post you have called your paying customers 'butthurt' and that to me says you are indeed some kid,so maybe what they are complaining of is true. Not very proffesional in my opinion saying things like thay about paying customers as a webhost

Its all part of that business (webhosting) you will have people upset and maybe saying things that make you feel 'butthurt' yourself. But to retaliate as you have against your customers calling them names makes you look foolish and unproffesional in my opinion. I would be very suprised if any of your former customers come back to using your service. I know after reading this thread i most certainly wouldnt.
