In fact it's a great day for the whole world of warez and illegal uploads as you give your fellow uploaders a terrible reputation. Lol even Katz rules weren't as bad as this. They allowed non-primary hosts for 3 star rated sites and under. With these new rules in place, most sites won't even get 2 stars.

No fileserve and filesonic in primary host list even though FS is known to provide sublime speeds even to free users. I guess quality of service doesn't matter. Its only because they pay, they cannot be put in primary list.
