The new rules are sweet. But, Mr.Happy can you discuss with the other webmasters about the external links and make it a max of 20?

As katz is gone, people would like to get as much as traffic they could get. So, allow the webmasters to add a max of 20 links including buttons, ddl text links and link exchanges

We have chosen not to put Fileserve as a primary file host because then everyone would just do FS + FO + Another secondary file host. This would reduce the quality of the submissions.

and you think putting there hotfile, which will ban your account and delete all your uploaded files after 3rd DMCA notice increases quality of submissions? all you get is bunch of deleted links. and according to alexa, fileserve's daily reach is just as same as hotfile's and even bigger than rapidshare's.
