Yeah MechoDDL is a bit behind on enforcing rules. This is most likely of the very busy schedule Mr Happy has.

Starting doing some demotions of the worse offenders today. If you feel you meet the rules and have been unfairly demoted. email us.

A full review of ALL whitelisted sites will be done soon. Just have a buisy schedule.

Every DDL site should remove HOTFILE, because htey delete/suspend your account after some files get copyright complaints.
