What do you look for in a Warez site?

First thing i'm always looking at is the community. If there's no community i'm not interested in staying or even bother to register on that forum.

A community is most impotant in my opinion.

Any features that you thought were cool/useful/helpful, or some features you would like to see on a Warez site? Why am I asking? Well because I'm starting my own Warez site in April (in memory of Katz....because it was my fav site and i don't really use any other sites). Rating: 5

I always thought that people don't like registering or giving out their contact info (aka emails and maybe IP if the forum records the IPs) when they're uploading/downloading pirated stuff?

I'm not thinking of making a forum like Warez-BB, but run a site similar to phaze or katz. how did katz have a community on KWWHunction? would I be able to apply for a section if traffic picks up and it becomes a legit site? until then what do you think i should do have a self-hosted forum? If yes, what forum software do you recommend (i'm interested in security and functionality)
