It is not finally released. It is released as RC(Release Candidate) which is in beta for testing purpose.

duke.. it will be released tomorrow.. i have already mentioned in my post that it got it 1 day before the release. If you don't believe me then atleast CHECK the official URL which is from their server. It is 4.0 and not 4.0RC or something.if u still dont believe me then download it and check.
