I want to create an subtitles website, where people can download subtitles to see their movies/tv-shows.
For that, I need some features like:
- possibly for users to upload files
- possibly for admins approve, reject, edit those files
- possibility to display the subtitles with a cover image and some info
- possibility to show top downloads, top uploaders, etc...

Is there any script with those features? :-)
