Voting Script/Poll

Well I need a voting poll or script for tomorrow morning. If anyone can assist me in making one, that would be great. I can even throw in some cash.

This is the idea.


Have a category to select from and then say 5 pictures show once a category is selected and then people are able to click on a photo and vote. (*can vote unlimited times from same pc)

Also to not display the results to the public but rather on a secure page or database.

Please let me know, our school is having a competition and its based on votes so I wanted to make the voting easy and simple.
